The carriage of fuels and lubricants by road is a difficult process since
these goods are dangerous and pose a threat to both people and the environment.
In this case, it is important to take into account the many nuances, correctly
select vehicles, tanks, tanks, comply with all rules of loading,
transportation, unloading, and storage, as well as issue permits.

carriage of dangerous goods by road (in the case of international transport).
The carrier must have a contract with the customer for the transportation
of fuels and lubricants. The shipper must correctly fill out the waybill and
provide a complete list of the necessary documents. Transported fuels and
lubricants must have certificates and other quality certificates.
Vehicles carrying fuel must meet all requirements. Fuels and lubricants can
be transported in tanks (liquid fractions), in special cans and barrels or
containers.
Tanks must be equipped with bottom drains and bays; have air plugs as well
as a good pressure control system.
The driver of a vehicle carrying fuels and lubricants is obliged to undergo
special training and obtain an appropriate permit.
